When Should I Worry? Supporting Teen Mental Health
This course was built for parents and caregivers of teens. Learn to recognize typical and worrying teen behaviors, have better mental health conversations at home, and respond when a teen is struggling. One hour video plus downloadable resources.

6-Hour Suicide Prevention & Intervention
This 6 hour course covers suicide risk factors, working with vulnerable groups, safety planning, suicide risk assessment, and treatment options. Continuing Education Credit is offered for this training.

Mental Health x Teens: Classroom Edition
This course includes classroom activities and educational videos for teens on mental health, stress, resilience, asking for help, and helping a friend.

Suicide Prevention for Clinicians
This 2.5 hour course will teach participants to identify suicide risk factors, utilize a suicide risk assessment, and create a safety plan with a client who is suicidal. Continuing Education Credit is offered for this training.
