Services and information available through the Didi Hirsch Academy (“Academy”) are provided by Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services (“DHMHS,” “our” “we” or “us”), a California nonprofit corporation headquartered at 4760 S. Sepulveda Blvd., Culver City CA 90230. Although we are not subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), we respect your privacy and share our users’ concerns about safety and privacy while online and are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our visitors to our website. this Privacy Policy (and as amended from time to time as posted on this website) (“Privacy Policy”) describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use, retention and disclosure of your personally identifying information (“Personal Data”) by or on behalf of the Academy or related websites (the “Site”).

When you register as a student on our site or for related courses, as part of the enrollment process, we collect the personal identifying information you give us such as your name, the name of your employer, your email address, professional license number, and other demographic information such as your job role or education.

When someone visits the Academy, we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We may share your information with the customer who sponsored your registration in which case we will require those customers to honor this Privacy Policy.

Our courses and site are hosted by Thinkific Labs Inc. (“Thinkific”). They provide us with the online course creation platform that allow us to sell our product/services to you. Your data is stored through Thinkific’s data storage, databases and the general Thinkific application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Security of Your Personal Data
The security of Your Personal Data is important to us, and we use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with AES-256 encryption.
